Find Calumet County Busted Mugshots

Chilton's jail publishes text, not photos: a current jail report for people still held and a recent-booking report covering a short history. Both are official county documents, updated by the jail itself. A photo, a police report, or an older booking takes a focused records request, since no county gallery exists. The arresting agency and the court hold their own pieces of the file. Read the reports by name and date. That pair of county custody and booking reports, backed by a focused records request, is the source of Calumet County busted mugshots, and the court file adds what became of each charge.

Calumet County Busted Mugshots and Booking Records

What is a booking record? It is the jail's entry for someone taken into custody. It can hold a jail identifier, intake and release dates, and other custody details. A mugshot often sits in the agency file even when the public report shows no image. Calumet County posts custody information through its Corrections Division. The Sheriff's Office handles records requests instead. Both county PDF reports are plain text, so treat them as rosters rather than a photo search.

Custody status matters too. The current inmate list proves only one thing: someone was held at the Calumet County Correctional Facility at the report's last update. The seven-day report can surface a newer booking even after that person leaves the live list. Release does not wipe the booking trail. It just means the current roster is the wrong place to look.

Calumet Booking Reports: Visible Record Fields

The two Calumet reports answer different questions. One is a live custody snapshot. The other is a seven-day intake window, and it may include people already released. Neither public layout displays a photo, charge list, bond, court date, or facility field. That narrow display is exactly why a records request should name the specific record you want. Never assume every booking detail is online.

Report fieldWhat it shows
Inmate number or IDThe jail’s identifier for the person or booking entry.
Name, date of birth, sex, and raceIdentity fields that help distinguish people with similar names.
Booking dateThe date the person entered the jail record.
Scheduled release or release dateA report field, not a promise of release or a court outcome.
Class or city and stateA custody classification field on the roster, or location information on the seven-day report.

The current inmate list lists inmate number, name, date of birth, sex, race, booking date, scheduled release date, and class. The booking report carries inmate ID, full name, sex, race, booking date, release date, and city or state. Want a fuller file? Ask separately for the booking record, incident report, booking photo, charge information, bond or release condition, and court case number. The custodian reviews each item.

Calumet Records Requests and Photo Review

For records written by county deputies or held by the Sheriff, the Sheriff's Records Division is the right contact. The Law Enforcement Records page names the Sheriff as legal custodian of those files. Give a full name, an approximate booking date and time, the arresting agency, and any booking or case number you know. Say plainly what you want. Ask for the booking record, the photo, the incident report, or court material. A focused request gives the custodian something workable, and it keeps the public PDFs from being mistaken for a complete file.

  1. Confirm the likely arresting agency and jail from the city and event date.
  2. Check the current list and seven-day report for the available identifier and booking date.
  3. Send a precise request to the Sheriff’s Records Division, separating the photo request from other records.
  4. Ask whether a record is releasable, whether redactions apply, and what format and cost estimate are available.
  5. Use the court case to check the disposition after the intake record is located.

Wisconsin Booking-Photo Record Rules

Wisconsin's open-records framework starts with Wis. Stat. § 19.35. Access is always subject to exemptions, legal limits, and a public-interest balancing test. No state statute forces sheriffs to publish booking photos. No statewide deadline compels removal. There is no special anti-pay-to-remove law either. Calumet's own roster and seven-day report show this locally, since both skip photos in their public format. A photo may well exist in an agency file. Its release is a question for the custodian.

Adult expunction runs through Wis. Stat. § 973.015 and is decided by the sentencing court in eligible matters. It cannot erase every agency copy, news story, cache, or publisher entry on its own. For an incorrect, duplicate, wrong-person, sealed, or legally restricted record, start with the originating agency or a court order. The Wisconsin court's forms page lists adult and juvenile expunction forms, and the Sheriff can walk you through the county's record path. Juvenile and protected material can be withheld. So a missing name belongs with the custodian, not treated as a conclusion.

Some private publishers advertise free correction processes. Those are company policies, not Wisconsin law, and no proof that any Calumet listing exists. The historical Mugshots.com Calumet section is unofficial and may be outdated. Its record-maintenance process is one documented free route, though. Calumet does not appear on Busted Newspaper or RecentlyBooked state lists. Rely on official records, keep your disposition paperwork, and steer clear of anyone promising a guaranteed outcome for a fee.

Calumet Jail Roster: Busted but Text-Only

Calumet County keeps its current inmate list as a PDF-style report instead of a searchable form. Pull it up through the Corrections Division page, then use your browser's find command to search a surname. Check any match against the listed identity fields. The report refreshes every 15 minutes, so treat it as a live snapshot; a scheduled release date can still shift, and a listing says nothing on its own about what happened in court. Technical problems with the report go to JailReports@CalumetCounty.org.

Photos are not part of this busted roster, and neither are charges, bonds, or court dates. What you do get is solid basic data: inmate number, name, date of birth, sex, race, booking date, scheduled release date, and class. A name can drop off the list once someone is released or transferred. Older entries are harder to trace online, since the county posts no stated retention period, but the seven-day booking report bridges the gap, and a formal request covers anything older.

If a direct report address changes, bookmark the county's Corrections Division page as your stable starting point. Keep the text-only format in perspective. A missing photo on the public roster does not mean the Sheriff never took one; it just means no booking image is displayed there. For the county jail roster and its companion reports, the Corrections Division hub remains the official source.

The county hub is the official starting point. Its linked reports confirm current custody or a recent booking, but they publish no Calumet photo gallery.

Recent Calumet Bookings: Seven-Day Reports

Calumet County's public booking feed spans seven days. It isn't a live 24-hour feed, and there's no public archive for older reports. Each entry lists inmate ID, full name, sex, race, booking date, release date, and city or state. That release-date field helps when someone no longer appears on the current roster. It is not a full case file, though. The layout shows no photo, charges, bond, or court date.

Timing has limits too. The current list refreshes every 15 minutes, while the booking report covers a seven-day window. Trust the date range printed on the live report instead of expecting a new arrest to appear instantly. For an event too new, too old, or tied to another jail, call (920) 849-1447 or use the proper records route. Weekends, releases, and transfers all shift what the two reports display.

Busted in Appleton: A Different Jail Route

Appleton appears on the Calumet city map because part of the city sits inside Calumet County. Its adult jail route usually runs elsewhere. An arrest by the Appleton Police Department commonly goes to Outagamie County Jail. The official Outagamie Recent Bookings Media Report lists adult bookings from the prior 24 hours. It refreshes daily around 6:00 a.m. and carries more booking detail than Calumet's reports, including date and time, agency, officer, alleged offense, bond, and case information.

Don't assume a Calumet jail booking from an Appleton address alone. Appleton Police records hold city police material. Outagamie's sheriff records handle jail-held files. That split can scatter the police report, booking report, and court case across three separate custodians. The Appleton Busted Mugshots page walks through the city-specific path in more detail.

Calumet Court Records After a Booking

A jail report captures one point in time. The legal record that follows usually lives in Wisconsin Circuit Court Access. That tool shows eligible public case information and disposition. Disposition means the court's recorded outcome, such as a dismissal, acquittal, conviction, or other resolution. The search is neither a live roster nor a universal warrant database. Read it alongside the booking date, the arresting agency, and later court filings.

For county case routing, the Calumet County Clerk of Circuit Court sits at 206 Court Street in Chilton. The phone number is (920) 849-1414. Three different custodians may hold pieces of one event. The Sheriff keeps the jail or law-enforcement record. A city department holds the police report. The Clerk or court maintains the case file. That division also explains why a record can outlast a release from jail. For verified warrant-check contacts and safe resolution details, see the Wanted Fugitives page.

Calumet Custody Alerts and Boundaries

Calumet County has no sheriff or jail mobile app with a booking-photo feature. The Sheriff's Facebook page posts public-safety updates now and then. It is not a searchable feed of who was booked, though. For custody alerts, the state answer is Wisconsin VINE, which covers county jails and sends notifications when custody status changes. Its phone line is 1-888-WI-4-VINE. Photos are not part of that service.

Other tools cover other statuses. The Wisconsin DOC Offender Locator finds people in state custody or under supervision once the county phase ends, searchable by name or DOC number. Federal prison time is a different system again, handled by the Bureau of Prisons locator. Immigration custody falls to the ICE detainee locator. None of these stands in for a current Calumet booking report.

One more boundary is worth knowing. Calumet's public roster has no immigration or detainer field, and talk of a 287(g) Warrant Service Officer agreement proves nothing about any named person's custody or ICE jail-bed arrangements. For a firm answer, ask for the agreement itself or check with the Sheriff or ICE.

Older Calumet Booking Records

Once the seven-day booking report expires, Calumet has no public booking archive to take its place. A records request to the Sheriff or the city police department is the usual first step. A search of the court case in WCCA often follows. The county's video-retention policy offers a few clues: 180 days for certain booking, cell, and pat-search jail video, and two years for some reported jail incidents. Those numbers apply to video, not booking photos. No exact still-photo retention period for Calumet was ever published.

History takes a different route. The Calumet County Historical Society, the Wisconsin Historical Society, and the UW-Green Bay archives can point you toward old newspapers and court materials. Modern booking photos are not what these collections hold. When you call, give the date range and case details. Ask whether the local record still exists or was transferred, destroyed, or restricted.

Calumet Busted Mugshots by City

City pages here follow the agency that actually holds the record, not the map. Appleton cases often run through the Outagamie jail. Chilton and Brillion arrests that land in county custody generally show up in Calumet County Correctional Facility reports instead. A city name alone tells you nothing about the custodian. Confirm the arresting agency first. Then request the incident report, booking record, or photo.

Local coverage can help you spot an agency or an event date. See Calumet County Arrest News for that. Treat news stories and third-party sites as leads, nothing more. The arresting agency and the court record remain the only places to verify what is current or changed.
